Link cu un articol interesant despre pretul materialului pt. miniaturi din pewter (ca nush come si dice in romana). Asta ca sa puna lucrurile un pic in perspectiva. Poate ca GW nu sunt "chiar" asa de nesimtiti cu prreturile pe care le cer pe miniaturile de metal. Sau PP, ca si modelele lor sunt destul de scumpe.

Ursu e cam subtirel. Nu-mi place, nu arata a urs. Pictura face totul. Modelul e meh.

Ursii nici nu se tranforma in monstrii... poate este werebear... asta ar explica si talia mai subtire... sau poate e doar fantasy...

O fi inceputul sfarsitului pt. GW? S-a publicat raportul fiscal pe 2010/2011. Cateva lucruri interesante pe acolo dar in general se vede un trend descendent.
Pt. cine nu are nervi sa citeasca raportul in sine (ar trebui pt. ca e interesant) sau nu intelege toate rah*turile economice un sumar foarte bine gandit din sectiunea de respunsuri este mai jos. Parerea mea ca merita cititie si celelalte raspunsuri.

That GW in the light of what is being said in this report and the admitted challenges they are facing with the move to resin and dropping sales would take their cash and distribute it in a dividend payoff is a strong indicator of just how bad they think things are going to be.

That dividend distribution of ready cash is a classic stock shoring move by a company expecting a lot of pressure to be placed on their stock value in the coming months not to mention some profit grabbing by the soon to be former stock holders.

I was shocked to hear the CEO be as open as he was with the problems they are facing with Fine Cast. Do not be fooled by all the attempts put a positive spin on Fine CAst with a bunch of meaningless comments about quality. The CEO faced with a the negative financial report felt compelled to mention that they were having problems producing the new fine cast range. If he mentioned it in this report then the reality is way way worse.

He even mentioned many of the details about the problems that keep every other casting manufacturer in the world from using resin in the kind of casting operations GW has. I mentioned in previous comments specifics of why this is but he also mentioned some of these problems I talked about like mold deterioration, large labor cost and low success in production runs.

I was equally shocked to see sells in the Australian market down by almost 12% before they screwed the market with the new policies. The U.S. was down nearly 5% and UK was flat. WOW!!! All of this is before the price increases and policy changes that have caused massive additional sells drops.

The good news is that the new 6th Ed 40K is looking to finally be a good quality tactical wargame that is moving away from the rules over tactics game it has recently become. I hope they get the new game out before ownership changes.

I am absolutely positive that in the next 12-24 months we will see a change in practical ownership of GW. As fans we need to beat the drum for someone taking over the company as a whole and not in little pieces. Also that the company goes to someone who wants to continue the game and not just gain a valuable potential IP at a cheap price in 2012.

Never have I been more worried that the game I have played since 1987 and a company who's products I have bought since the early 80's will cease to exist in a way that I as a fan recognize.

It is also very possible that the table top miniatures market simply will no longer support a company the size of GW with all its overhead and challenges. "

Deci de anu' nou ma duc un pic prin Londra. Si am de gand sa dau o raita si pe la ceva magazine GW sa vad ce stuff au.
Asa ca daca aveti chef sa va aduc ceva anume si nu e voluminos spuneti.

Guys...se pare ca nu imi gasesc cateva culori si stiu ca am imprumutat la unii dintre voi dar nu mai stiu la cine si ce culori.

Imi trebuie musai Kommando Khaki inapoi...Daca stiti careva ca ati imprumutat de la mine culori , pls gief back.

Also nu imi gasesc mouse-ul wireless si stiu ca l-am imprmutat de cateva ori cand ne-am intalnit...si nu l-am mai gasit dupa una din sesiuni.
